Every certificate the program has seen, newest first, read from the ring. Accepted entries executed exactly the size shown. Rejected entries moved nothing and show which parts of the residual were non zero.

The ring keeps sixty four entries. Older entries are overwritten in place, but every submission is also a transaction, so the full history is on the chain even when it has left the ring.
